Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of PIPE-307 in Subjects With Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis
This is a randomized, double-blind study of PIPE-307 or placebo in subjects with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis. Subjects will be randomized into 1 of 3 separate cohorts (1:1:1 randomization ratio, PIPE-307 Dose A:PIPE-307 Dose B: Placebo) for a total duration of approximately 30 weeks.

Supporting Mental Health in Daily Life After the Diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis
The overall goal of this observational study is to learn about the psychological resources of mindfulness and flow experience available to persons newly diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS). The primary study aim will be to analyze the relation of flow and mindfulness with mental health among individuals who received an MS diagnosis within the last year. The Swiss-Ped-IBrainD is a national patient registry that collects information on diagnosis, symptoms, treatment, and follow-up of pediatric patients with an inflammatory brain disease in Switzerland. It was first implemented in 2020 in the pediatric clinic of the university hospital in Bern. Targeting Subclinical Motor and Cognitive Impairment in Patients With Early Onset Multiple Sclerosis
Our project proposal is based on an individualized rehabilitation approach in patients with early stage relapsing remission (RR) MS. This approach will be based on risk stratification obtained using several clinical and demographic parameters that are not commonly used in clinical practice. This risk score will be obtained from an extensive neuropsychological, psychosocial and physical assessment to which patients will undergo at baseline and at one-year follow-up.The risk score will allow a better stratification of patients' risk of disease worsening/progression and the application of a preventive and personalized strategy.
